Yesterday 4/24/23 I met with Jay at Roulez Cycles in Lynn MA to pickup the Trek DS+2 eBike after a successful installation of a front wheel dynamo. Jay will provide the specs which I will post later. Today 4/25/23 I met with Dave's Bicycle in Cos Cob CT and had the 2nd range extender battery installed. Now the eBike has three 250 watt batteries. The front handle bar bag (Topeak TourGuide Handlebar Bag DX) and 2 Rhinowalk front fork-pack bags and a Brooks leather seat were installed as well. Also had a handle bar mirror and a pair of Ergon GP5-L handle bar grips installed. Am deciding on if I want to configure a custom mount for an old Zefal hp bike tire pump or find something new with a mounting kit that can work with the bike. TBD. Need to install the Garmin Edge 1040 Bundle (bike computer with a radar feature). Need to configure the headlights, one that is hardwired to the Trek and one to be powered by the dynamo. The dynamo will feed a Redcomets Bike Handlebar Extender with light and a Mophie battery backup pack in series. The Garmin and 2 cell phones will feed off the Mophie.
